SUMMARY:[RERA] Deadline: Call for Proposals for International Summer Institute on ‘Artificial Intelligence in Education’
DESCRIPTION:Deadline: 6 April 2025 \n\n  \nOn behalf of the Russian Educational Research Association (RERA)\, we would like to share this call for proposals to participate in the joint Summer Institute of the Faculty of Computer Science at East China Normal University and the Institute of Education at HSE University\, dedicated to AI in Education. \nFocused on the Institute’s tracks\, this intensive programme offers lectures from leading experts and researchers\, hands-on data collection and analysis workshops\, and dedicated sessions for discussing and refining your own research projects. Participants will present their work\, receive invaluable feedback from faculty and peers\, and develop their projects in a supportive and collaborative environment\, actively working to improve their projects during the duration of the school. \nThe call is open for MA and PhD students and early-career researchers with up to 5 years of experience after completion of PhD. \nProposals should describe your own empirical study and must not exceed 2\,500 words (approximately four single-spaced pages). References\, tables\, and figures are not included in the word limit. The structure of proposals should include the following elements: Purpose of the paper\, Design/ methodology\, Findings\, Research limitations\, Social and Practical implications\, Significance of paper\, 3-4 keywords\, References. \nIn addition to proposals applicants are to submit a CV and a motivation letter. Motivation letters must not exceed 700 words (approximately one single-spaced page).
