🎤 Moderator: Sanna Ryökkynen, Principal Research Scientist (Häme University of Applied Sciences, HAMK)

🎙️ Speaker: Iva Perkovic, Head of Business Development at Mundus Group. A qualified pedagogue and experienced trainer, Iva brings over 8 years of expertise in Erasmus Plus projects (Capacity Building in VET, KA2 Partnerships, Centres of Vocational Excellence) and has designed and delivered multiple training programmes on stress management, resilience, and emotional wellbeing in education.
Educators and VET professionals are increasingly exposed to stress, emotional overload, and burnout risks. Addressing wellbeing is no longer optional — it is a core condition for quality, inclusion, and excellence in VET.
In this interactive workshop, we will explore how to:
🔹 recognise early warning signs of stress and burnout
🔹 strengthen emotional resilience
🔹 manage pressure more effectively
🔹 build a personal wellbeing action plan that supports both professional and personal life
