[RERA] The XXIII International Scientific and Practical Conference for Young Educational Researchers «Family. Child. Education: New Facets of the “Classical Triangle”

Moscow State University of Psychology & Education, together with the Russian Educational Research Association and the Federal Educational Methodological Association in the system of higher education “Education and pedagogical sciences”, and in partnership with other leading universities, are cordially inviting you to participate in the XXIII International Scientific and Practical Conference for young educational researchers «FAMILY. CHILD. EDUCATION: NEW FACETS OF THE “CLASSICAL TRIANGLE”» on October 30-31, 2024.

The Conference will be held in an online and in an offline format. The bachelor’s, specialist, master’s students and PhD candidates involved in educational research are invited to participate in the Conference. The goal of the Conference is to create a sphere for scientific self-determination and socialization of young researchers and to offer a promising route for their scientific and educational activities.

Conference objectives:

  • presenting the results and purposes of the conference participants;
  • creating a sphere for scientific reflection and feedbacks;
  • reinforcing cooperation of young educational researchers and forming researchers’ communities (networks);
  • informing the conference participants on further opportunities of scientific and educational development: thematic conferences, regular seminars, summer schools, internships;
  • meeting research supervisors and consultants, and building relationships of mentoring and supervision;
  • self-determination and choosing perspective study path for the conference participants;
  • integration into the global agenda of educational research.

The Conference Programme Committee, consisting of the members of the Science Council of the Russian Educational Research Association, is co chaired by:

  • A. Margolis, Rector of MSUPE, Honorary Professor of MSUPE (Moscow),
  • S. Kosaretsky, Director of Pinsky Centre of General and Extracurricular Education, Associate Professor of Department of Educational Programes of Institute of Education, HSE University (Moscow).

Foreign associations of educational researchers will take part in the Conference.
The Conference Programme includes plenary session, thematic sections and round tables, and interactive master classes.

The Conference sections will cover the following topics:

  1. Psychological research in education;
  2. Pedagogical researches: experiences and innovations in pedagogical practice;
  3. Research in educational management;
  4. Research in sociology and philosophy of education;
  5. Research in pre-school childhood and education;
  6. Research on development of digital technologies in education;
  7. Research in educational measurement;
  8. Research in special psychology and inclusion.

Forms of participation:

  • Oral presentation
  • Attending participant
  • Abstracts for publication

Only the abstracts approved by the reviewers will be published after the event in an online Compendium of the Conference.

The best oral presentations will be nominated for the publication in the MSUPE journals included into the international sources of Web of Science and Scopus.

Participation in the conference is free of charge. Languages of the conference are Russian and English.
