WERA-TERA 2026

The World Education Research Association (WERA) invites submissions for papers, posters, and symposia for the WERA 2026 Focal Meeting, to be held from 15 to 18 October 2026 at the National Sun Yat-sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The event is organized by the Taiwan Education Research Association (TERA) and the World Education Research Association (WERA).

The emphasis of the Focal Meeting is on papers (oral submissions), posters, and symposia with a lens that is worldwide in perspective. To create synergy with the theme of the conference “Bridging Cultures, Co-creating Knowledge: Local Innovations and Global Visions in Education”, submissions of papers (oral presentation), posters, and symposia related to these issues are also welcome. Otherwise, there is no restriction on the education research topics appropriate for consideration, although priority will be given to submissions that focus on research and findings addressed to significant trends, issues, and challenges worldwide.
